Returns & Exchanges
Not completely satisfied? You may return most items within 90 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
Eligibility
- Sex Dolls: Eligible for return within 30 days if unopened and unused (hygiene reasons). Custom‑made dolls are final sale.

How to Initiate a Return
Email us at info@adamandeveforsale.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll provide a return authorization and shipping instructions within 24‑48 hours.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process a refund to your original payment method within 5‑7 business days. Shipping charges are non‑refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost within 24 hours.
